The Echo School District will be in session today on the delayed schedule. Doors will be open to students at 9:50, with a school start time of 10:13.
We are very sorry if you receive the 2-hour delay message multiple times. We were having issues with our alert system, which resulted in multiple messages being sent.
After careful consideration and evaluation of the overnight weather forecast, the Echo School District will run on a 2-hour delay tomorrow, Wednesday January 17th. With the forecast of snow and chance of freezing rain, we feel it safest to call this delay in advance. We want to allow families time to plan and the district the opportunity to make a safe call in the daylight regarding road conditions in the morning. Snow is one concern, however with ice accumulation on top of that, we want to err on the side of caution. Notification by 7:00 am will be made if additional delays or cancellations occur.

High school basketball games will now start at 1:30. There will only be a 1/2 JV boys game.
Due to a large number of sick players in Pilot Rock, there will be 1/2 JV games tomorrow for both boys and girls.
JV games will start at 4:30.
Varsity games will still start at 6pm.
