Attention track athletes:
There will be track practice from 5:30-6:30pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays in Echo starting this Thursday, September 1st. (Wednesdays will begin next week as Coach VanNice had a prior commitment this week.) Please let Coach VanNice know if you are interested, so he has an idea on what he needs to plan for. Hope to see you soon and can't wait to get out and start getting better!

Flu Shot Clinic
Attached is the questionnaire that will need to be completed if you are interested in getting your flu shot. This will take place October 5th (7:30-8:00) in Pioneer Hall. Pioneer Hall will be closed off so those coming and going will need to use the outside doors.

Free sports physicals will be provided at the school on Wednesday, September 30th, from 4:30-6:00pm. Physicals are required to be updated every two years and must be up to date to participate in athletics. This is typically in grades 7, 9, and 11. This is open to all Echo and Stanfield students.
Did you miss School Picture Day? No worries!!! The Echo School District would still like to offer you another opportunity for a complimentary school picture. Pictures will be taking place Tuesday, September 29th from 3:45-4:45pm at George Park. We hope to see you there!

An update on OSAA Season 1 Athletics for Echo. In order to participate in any of the following, you must have an up to date physical and all athletic forms completed and turned in to the district. Upcoming Schedule...
1.) September 21st - September 24th will be our last week for general athletic workouts. Click the following link to sign up. https://forms.gle/1WwdhwmeJg7mLhRf9
2.) Starting September 28th we will begin sport specific practices/workouts. Masks will be required indoors and when 6ft distance cannot be maintained. Students should come with a mask, dressed appropriately, and have their own drinks. Locker rooms will be closed. Coaches of each sport will have information out to their athletes on their schedule soon.

Trapshooting will be running a fall season this year that will run September 14th through November 3rd. Practices and competitions will follow all proper sanitation and social distance guidelines set by OHA.
If students are interested, please contact Coach Ray by email (ckaeray@hotmail.com) and he will get you registered. The registration deadline is Sunday, September 13th. Please let Coach Ray know if you have any questions or concerns.
Free Meals for ALL Students!!
The USDA has approved the district's ability to provide free meals to all youth age 1 through 18 years old regardless of income level. If you have youth that attend Echo School District or live in the Echo community please fill out and return the attached document. You can also drop by the school office and fill out the information. We will still be delivering meals if you wish to take advantage of that. Please ask if you need clarification of this information.
