With the recent release of the rule of 6 by our governor, we are going to begin modified workouts/practices again for sport specific activities. Keep in mind we are still limited to only 6 students indoors with mask requirements and frequent sanitation, but its a step in the right direction. Below you will find the planned schedule beginning Monday and the coach's email to get signed up. Coaches will be planning their own time frames. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Happy Holidays! The first official day of Winter Break is December 21st. Enjoy your time off. School will resume on January 4th!
Update on Athletics:
OSAA in collaboration with OHA and the governor's office has decided to push back the start date of high school athletics until February. There is also a shift of seasons, moving the typical winter sports season back to late spring/summer. Echo will continue to do whatever we can to keep students active, following the guidelines set by OHA and the governor's office. Hello Cougar Nation!
We will be opening up crossfit style workouts out on the football field for any 6th-12th grade student interested, starting December 7th. A few key guidelines that must be followed:
1.) Students must sign up to attend using the following google form: https://forms.gle/8v8jxvwxtUsFtdR86 .
2.)Masks must be worn at all times.
2.) 6 ft distancing must be maintained at all times between any students not of the same household.
3.) All students must bring their own water bottles, no water station will be used.
4.) Come dressed warm! Bathrooms will be available for emergency use only.
These next two weeks of workouts will end with the Echo Crossfit Games on December 18th. Awards will be given to the overall champion and champions of each event. Come to stay active, enjoy the fun, and stay COUGAR STRONG!
