We are aware the power has been restored. There are other factors involved in the decision to cancel school for the day. The cooler temperatures last night made for a much cooler indoor temperature in the school building. It will take several hours to heat our building back up to a comfortable temperature for our students.
This message is to update you one the current power outage situation. Pacific Power has been unable to locate or fix the issue at this time. They are unsure when the power will be restored. Due to this new information, school will be cancelled for today (10/11).
Due to the local power outage, we will be running on a 2-hour delay. School will start at 9:45am. We will update you with any changes to this schedule as the information becomes available to us.
